Klára completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in autumn 2017 with a rigorous exam in civil law. During her studies she worked as a legal assistant in a law and notary office. During her semester stay at the University of Regensburg she studied German family and health law. She then began her trainee career in notarial law, where she gained experience in civil and corporate law.
In her spare time, Klára mainly enjoys sports. She plays volleyball competitively, occasionally beach volleyball, enjoys skiing, cycling, rollerblading, running in the hills with her Hungarian Pointer, and relaxing with power yoga or a good book.
She speaks Czech, English and German.
Representative experience
- Restructuring of a group of companies with a total value of approximately CZK 1.2 billion, including inter-company transformation, share realignment, transfer of trademarks and utility models and creation of an equity incentive program for employees.
- Successful implementation of transformations, including various types of mergers, spin-offs or changes in legal form. Individual transactions are in the order of hundreds of millions of crowns.
- Current cooperation on the restructuring of a group of companies implementing development projects, including several transformations in the form of mergers and spin-offs.
- Setting up an investment programme for the construction of a recreational facility in the Šumava protected landscape area in the amount of nearly CZK 90 million. CZK 90 million.
