Continuous publication is common for every field of our specialisation. Over twenty articles covering current topics have been published recently, many of them being amongst the most read articles on major Czech legal servers such as Epravo.cz.
Regarding the new Building Act, a fivefold series of on-line courses has been prepared and distributed in cooperation with Epravo.cz server.
For both clients and the public are organized in-person, as well as on-line, training courses and webinars. In the last two years, over two hundred experts of various professions including real estate development, engineering, architects, designers, and other specialists have been trained.
Representatives of INVICTA Law Firm regularly participate in conferences focused on construction law and real estate development, amongst others: What the New Building Act Brings; Cities, Buildings, Energy; New Building Act and Real Estate Transformation; Cities of the Future.
In the area of construction law, two series of threefold seminars were prepared for students of the Faculty of Law of Charles University, which were attended by nearly eighty participants.
