Successful representation in tens of restitution law suits against the State Land Office.

For the third year in a row, INVICTA law office team successfully represents holders of unsettled restitution claims pursuant to the Land Act. From the total number of 24 law suits, one third is already decided in favour of the restitution claim holders. INVICTA helps to redress the injustice by acquiring substitute land plots and correct appraisal of restitution claims which the State Land Office has refused to accept for years.
